Interval/Circuit Fitness: STUDENTS MUST HAVE A MAT AND INDOOR-ONLY FITNESS SHOES TO PARTICIPATE. This is an active low-moderate impact fitness class that incorporates light resistance (bands, tubes and light weights) in addition to body weight exercises to raise your heart rate, burn calories, build stability throughout the body, and keep you fit today, tomorrow, and for the rest of your life! Classes vary week to week to keep your body and mind guessing, but still have lots of instruction and guidance to keep you safe and on the right track. Students are always encouraged to listen to their bodies and only do what is comfortable for themselves physically and mentally.
