Meghann Lynch - HealthGirl Founder

Yoga instructor, fitness coach, social media inspirer, and all around health-enthusiast, Meghann Lynch is the driving force behind Health Girl which helps individuals from all walks of life to achieve their health and wellness goals.

With over 15 years’ combined experience in Yoga, Fitness and allergy-free nutritional guidance, Meghann offers a unique skill set for the health and wellness community.

As a RYT-500 Hatha Yoga and Yin specialty graduate, Meghann teaches Hatha, Flow, Yin and Back Care Yoga classes to students of all levels in both Kemptville and Winchester, ON.

Dawn Erikson - Embrace Your Inner Light

Dawn Erickson has been teaching yoga since 2017 when she received her 200 hr yoga teacher training in Ottawa under the instruction/guidance of Nigel Walker. She is also Thrive Yoga certified.

Dawn believes that you don’t have to be bendy to do yoga! Coming from a place of acceptance, her practices help students of all abilities feel challenged and accomplished all at once.

Her philosophy is: move better, feel stronger and connect with the power and light that shines within each of us.

Sheryl Hubbard - Movement Equals Longevity

Sheryl began practicing yoga over 10 years ago after trying a video and (eventually) falling in love with the peace and accomplishment that only a good yoga practice can give. She received her Hatha Yoga teaching certification through Sacred Movement School in Ottawa in 2017 and continues to deepen her practice through studies in the Art of Adjustment, Advanced Sequencing and the Detour Method.

Sheryl’s sequences are flow-based and emphasize cultivating strength and fostering joint mobility through mindful movement. She encourages students to personalize their practice by highlighting the importance of body awareness and tuning into their dynamic needs. Her guiding principle is that the more we move, the longer we move.

When not teaching yoga, Sheryl teaches high school dance, science, and special education. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her husband, children, and their Chihuahua, Pixie.




Tricya (Maitri Devi) Morrice - “Integrated Knowledge, Empathy and Compassion”

Tricya discovered yoga over two decades ago. Her journey began as a dancer which evolved into learnings of the mechanisms of breath and body, heart and mind. This evolution helped to guide her through career changes, personal struggles, and birthed a strong foundation to root her and her family during military postings to parts of the United States and England (her husband is retired military / special forces).

Tricya first became a certified Akhanda teacher in 2011. Soon after, she was certified in the teachings of Yin, Thai Massage and is currently studying under the teachings of Bo Forbes' "Integrative Yoga Therapeutics and Psychology". She has also trained in Trauma sensitive yoga, Yoga for military, Yoga for First Responders, Yoga for teens, Family & kids’ yoga, Yoga nidra and Soma yoga.

Tricya integrates her teachings to help people of all ages, back-grounds, careers and physical fitness levels, easing the effects of everyday stresses and finding the balance from within.
